THE Thomaston Story
The Thomaston occupies the once Cotton Alliance facility that was incorporated on July 25, 1891. For 100 years our facility served Thomaston well and was used to sort, store and distribute cotton all over the United States. Want to know more history about The Thomaston? Check back soon!
Venue Coordinator Deirdre Cochran
A Thomaston, Georgia native, Deirdre is married to the love of her life with 3 children and 1 grand daughter. She has been in the wedding “business” almost her entire life. With 30 years as a Master Cosmetologist, 13 years as a photographer and studio owner and 6 years as a Day of Wedding Coordinator, it’s safe to say Deirdre is an expert at special events. I have such a love for people and never meet a stranger! As a photographer, I have come to realize the importance of a Wedding Day! This is not something that you can redo tomorrow, therefore I pour myself into it as much as my Bride and Grooms. As the old saying goes... "Teamwork makes the Dream Work!"
